Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all! As long as we have access to your service area (via an unlocked gate or gate code), we can perform our magic while you’re at work or running errands. We will always send a notification when we arrive and a photo confirmation that your gate is securely locked when we leave.

We perform services Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, following a pre-set route to ensure maximum efficiency. While we cannot provide a specific “to the minute” arrival time, you will be assigned a consistent service day so you always know when to expect us. Upon creation of your account, refer to your Client Portal to service frequency and service day. 

No, but we make sure it stays contained. By default, we scoop the waste and place it in your designated trash bin using our Double Bagging Method. This prevents odors and keeps your bin clean. If you would prefer that we haul the waste away entirely, we offer a Waste Removal Add-on for an additional fee per visit.

We scoop in most weather conditions, including light rain. If California weather gets severe enough to impact safety or visibility, we will pause service and notify you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day.

We love dogs, but safety is our priority. If your dog is friendly, they are more than welcome to hang out with us! However, if your pet is protective, aggressive toward strangers, or likely to escape upon entry we ask that they remain indoors during your scheduled service visit.

Our team will provide you with an en-route notification so pets can be secured if needed. 

Absolutely. We use professional-grade, environmentally safe disinfectants on our tools and shoes between every yard to ensure we aren’t cross-contaminating or spreading parasites between properties.

We make it easy with automated billing. Once you have filled out our onboarding form with your requested service our support team will review the request, assign a service day, and charge your credit card.

You can always manage your account, update payment methods, and view invoices through our secure Client Portal. We accept all major credit cards.
